Market Trends Bucks County June 2013

n June, we saw high expectations met in sales, prices, and overall activity. Pending and Closed Sales were 12% higher than last June, putting us on pace for 65,000 sales this year. The 7,060 sales in June were the highest month since Aug. 2007, with the exception of June 2010, when we saw the end of the Tax Credit period. All indications are that July will be another productive month, with sales projected to exceed last July by around 15%.......full report
